The Day of Caring is an annual event which brings volunteers from across the community together for one day of collective, meaningful impact. Volunteers spend the day working with United Way and our partners to improve education, financial stability and health in our community.
We have a variety of projects to fit your skills and interests. Projects include working in a community garden, construction projects, shredding files, painting and child care. Volunteers can register as individuals or as teams. Those not able to leave their workplace can participate in the Day of Caring book drive.
